ROLE SUMMARY:
Be a part of the Anheuser-Busch Hospitality Team at Grants Farm. As a Bartender, you have the opportunity to provide the community with a taste of our wide variety of products. Our Bartenders provide a high level of customer service to guests and knowledge of our products.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provide high level of customer service to guests.
  • Stock and rotate product in accordance with AB practices
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on all Beers on draft and package.
  • Tap kegs and basic troubleshooting of hospitality beer system.
  • Assist visitors with directions, information, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year experience working at Grant's Farm
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and slide draft kegs into position as needed
  • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule of approximately 20-25 hours per week.
