About VIRGINIA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY (VACU)

Position Summary

VACU seeks dedicated faculty to teach in the Undergraduate Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. Faculty will deliver high-quality instruction, assess learning outcomes, advise students, and contribute to continuous program improvement.

Teaching Areas (one or more)

  • Accounting, Finance, Economics
  • Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior
  • Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship
  • Operations/Supply Chain, Project Management

  • Ethics, Global/Cross-Cultural Business

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses (on-campus; hybrid/online as needed)
  • Develop syllabi, assignments, and assessments aligned to program outcomes
  • Advise and mentor students; hold regular office hours
  • Participate in curriculum review, assessment, and committee service
  • Integrate Christian worldview and ethical decision-making where appropriate

Qualifications
