Job description

Position: Staffing Consultant
Location: Addison, TX
Pay: $20-$23

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 50 effective outbound calls each day
Have a minimum of 30 placements weekly (6 per day)
Have a minimum of 10 new recruits weekly (Recruited, Process, Interview)
Recruiting & Talent Management
  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placing.
  2. Create job postings and recruit via multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
  3. Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and skills assessments
  4. Match qualified candidates to open job orders based on experience and client needs
  5. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS
  6. Ensure all candidates meet compliance, documentation, and background requirements
Client & Account Management
  1. Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and position requirements
  2. Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
  3. Provide guidance to clients regarding job market trends, pay rates, and hiring best practices
  4. Support client relationships and maintain a high level of service and responsiveness
  5. Assist with onboarding workers into client sites as needed
Sales & Business Development (As Needed)
  1. Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and position requirements
  2. Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
  3. Provide guidance to clients regarding job market trends, pay rates, and hiring best practices
  4. Support client relationships and maintain a high level of service and responsiveness
  5. Assist with onboarding workers into client sites as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
