Job description

Step into a dynamic educational setting as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, providing essential support to students in grades 6-12 during a maternity leave coverage period. This contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time flexibility, allowing you to contribute as part of a collaborative school community from August 27th, 2026, through November 27th, 2026.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold a valid SLPA license or certification.
  • Previous experience working in a school environment, preferably with students in secondary grades.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver both direct and indirect speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting student progress.
