Roustabout Job Summary
The Roustabout will perform hands on maintenance, troubleshooting / assessment, and repair work on salt water pumps and must have experience operating a Winch Truck. The Roustabout Pusher is responsible for supporting the oil and gas operations.
- Repair & rebuild salt water pumps
- Tank installation and repairs
- General cleanup
- Install motors on equipment
- Set well equipment at well locations which includes cement pads and pumping units
- Responsible for tie-down of pumping units and installing counter weights for balancing pumping units
- Haul pipe and rods
- General yard maintenance of ground and buildings
- Lease/well location cleanup
- Must be proficient with all tools including air and electrical
- Perform day to day and routine safety observations and inspections

- 1+ years of Winch Truck experience
- 3+ years of Roustabout experience
- Experience repairing or building salt water pumps a plus
