Pay Range:
$17.50 per hour. Weekend and overtime hours required when needed.


Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is currently seeking a Seasonal Ranch Laborer to join its team at its Palermo Water Treatment Facility. PCP is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America.


This vital role supports our Palermo water treatment facility through efficient monitoring, distribution of irrigation water, and operation and maintenance of farm equipment.

All candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:

  • Monitor and manage the distribution of irrigation water efficiently.
  • Operate a variety of farm equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Perform general ranch labor, including weed eating, pulling weeds, and shoveling trenches.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, from June to October.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour. This position is a temporary, on-site at our Palermo Water Treatment facility. The hourly range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting. The actual rate offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Relevant skills, education, and experience
  • Job-related qualifications and certifications
  • Internal pay equity
  • Market conditions and business needs
