You will be assisting the Marketing team and Project Managers at the label to successfully bring to life our roster's upcoming album rollouts. OVO Sound is a small, intimate team of people who are passionate about culture, entertainment, music and most importantly the artists signed to the label. From time to time, you may be asked to assist with additional responsibilities that are reasonably related to your role and skill set. These responsibilities support the team's daytoday operations and the label's broader efforts to grow its artists and brand.

As a marketing intern you will:

  • Assist with planning and executing album and single release campaigns
  • Support day-to-day rollout activities for artists, including scheduling, content coordination, and campaign tracking
  • Help create and organize marketing plans and promotional timelines
  • Collaborate with A&R and digital teams to support campaign execution
  • Contribute creative ideas for social media, content, and fan engagement initiatives
  • Track campaign performance (streams, social engagement, etc.) and assist with post-release reports
  • Support administrative and organizational tasks related to ongoing projects

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong work ethic, strong organizational skills and focused attention to detail with a sense of urgency
  • Great communication, oral and written skills are a must
  • Be proactive, passionate and driven to learn about all aspects of the music industry
  • Previous experience working in the music industry
  • Strong Computer Skills - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
