C.A.R.E Physical Therapy, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Arlington, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is based entirely onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients in a supportive and structured setting. Our Arlington facility embraces a team-based approach, where our staff works together to manage patient care efficiently and effectively. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized patient care plans that consider the unique needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
  • Efficiently manage a caseload, ensuring adequate time is allocated to each patient for quality treatment and recovery.
  • Assess patients’ physical conditions using evidence-based practices to create accurate diagnoses and tailor appropriate treatment plans.
  • Incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and targeted exercise programs to enhance patient mobility.
  • Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle modifications.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to care plans, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Maintain meticulous records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to document patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

We serve a diverse client base that includes athletes, seniors, and post-operative patients. Our aim is to empower individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and other mobility limitations. The ideal candidate will have the skills to address various physical health challenges while promoting wellness and preventive care.

Qualifications
  • A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with a clean professional record and no history of sanctions.
  • Proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and the ability to create effective exercise regimens.
  • Strong knowledge of current physical therapy trends and research-backed techniques.
  • Experience in using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for effective patient documentation and care management.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings, with a focus on orthopedic care.
  • Demonstrated success in developing personalized treatment programs that achieve positive patient outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
