Job description

Responsibilities

-Manage full-cycle domestic trucking operations, including FTL and LTL shipments, from load planning through final delivery and settlement.
-Coordinate with warehouses and customers to ensure accurate freight pickup, delivery scheduling, and dock appointments.
-Secure and manage carrier capacity, negotiate competitive rates, and monitor service performance to meet operational KPIs.
-Track and oversee transportation schedules, proactively addressing delays, service disruptions, or accessorial issues.
-Prepare, review, and verify transportation documentation (BOL, rate confirmations, invoices, delivery receipts) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
-Oversee billing processes, including issuing customer invoices (A/R), auditing carrier invoices (A/P), and resolving discrepancies.
-Monitor shipment-level profitability and analyze margins to ensure cost control and performance targets are achieved.
-Maintain accurate shipment and financial records within TMS/ERP systems, ensuring timely load closure and reporting.
-Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery, damage, shortage, or claim-related issues efficiently.
-Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen carrier partnerships. 

Qualifications

-0~3 years of hands-on logistics operations experience (freight forwarding, carrier management, shipment planning, tracking).
-Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency with logistics systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
