Cash Application Specialist / Accounts Receivable professional for an exciting

What You'll Be Doing- Accurately apply daily customer payments including checks, ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, and credit cards
- Research and resolve unapplied, unidentified, and misapplied cash transactions
- Reconcile daily cash activity to bank deposits and internal reporting
- Investigate and resolve short payments, overpayments, and discrepancies
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections teams
- Maintain accurate documentation to support clean AR aging and reporting
- Utilize Excel to track, reconcile, and analyze payment activity
What We're Looking For- Experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume processing
- Proficiency in Excel for reconciliation and reporting
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
