Job Summary:

They are seeking a Senior Human Capital Data Analyst to provide data analytic support for HC surveys and lead various data structuring and analysis tasks. The role involves translating complex findings into understandable narratives and coordinating with government stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Provides Data Analytic support for HC surveys (eg Lime Survey) and data calls
• Leads structuring data, natural language processing, database technologies, and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to translate complex, technical, or analytic findings into an easily understood narrative — tell a story with the data in graphical, verbal, or written form.
• Uses analytical software to support quantitative and analytic efforts and workforce planning, including engagement with the Intelligence Community.
• Coordinates within government and across the IC for survey data
• Uses data tools such as Python, conduct R analysis, SPSS, display results via Tableau
• Interfaces with government stakeholders within HC, HRM), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, other task order PMs and DEIA Lead
Qualifications:
Required:
• TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Senior level experience with HR-related Data Analytics, to include support for HC surveys (eg Lime Survey) and data calls, structuring data, natural language processing, database technologies, and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to translate complex, technical, or analytic findings into an easily understood narrative — tell a story with the data in graphical, verbal, or written form.
• Uses analytical software to support quantitative and analytic efforts and workforce planning, including engagement with the Intelligence Community.
• Highly proficient with data tools such as Python, conduct R analysis, SPSS, display results via Tableau.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and expertise with MS Office tool suite.
