Universal Banker Associate - Full Time

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

The Universal Banker Associate provides first-line, quality customer service through face-to-face performance of primary bank transactions. This position will also utilize communication opportunities to offer additional bank services and products.

What does it take to become a Universal Banker Associate?

  • Customer service skills for greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and at the drive-thru.
  • Cash handling experience, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and checks while balancing the cash drawer daily.
  • Ability to open new deposit accounts and process ATM/night depository deposits.
  • Sales skills to identify and initiate opportunities for promoting bank products.
  • Attention to detail for processing and proofing daily transactions according to guidelines.
  • Must be able to travel or be assigned to any branch location within the local market.

Experience:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a personal banker/customer service representative-type role is strongly preferred.
