Job description

Join the dedicated OTR Dry Van fleet at HMD Trucking. With 23 years of experience in the business, we pride ourselves on our well-maintained fleet of 500+ Peterbilt 579 trucks and a friendly, people-centered work environment.
About 90% of our fleet is Peterbilt 579s, plus Cascadias and Internationals โ€“ all 2023โ€“2027 trucks.

Pay Rates:
  • Dry Van Solo OTR W2 - 0.65 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus + $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
  • Dry Van Teams OTR W2 - 0.77 CPM + 0.05 CPM safety/productivity bonus + $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
  • Flatbed Solo OTR W2 - 0.70 CPM BASE + 0.10 CPM (if you're ready to make 11K+ miles monthly) + LOAD PAY + $5,000 Sign On Bonus.
  • Dry Van Solo Regional W2 - 0.70 CPM BASE + weekly home time + $2,500 Sign On Bonus.
  • Hazmat/Doubles Teams OTR W2 - 0.79 CPM + $10,000 Sign On Bonus + 0.05 CPM safety/productivity bonus.
  • Owner Operator OTR - 75% of Load + Fuel discount program available.
