Job description

We are hiring for a Receptionist in Mukwonago, WI. This role will play an important part in the front office of a professional services firm. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors
  • Answer phones and provide customer service
  • Manage inbox and organize electronic documents
  • Utilize company software to file and organize documents
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of administrative experience
  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Higher education desired, but not required
  • System savvy and able to prioritize the day
