Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As an Experienced Traffic Control Flagger - Crew Leader Candidate, you will:
  • Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones
  • Control traffic flow and ensure public safety
  • Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting
  • Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency

This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.
Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle required
    • Employees must be able to drive themselves to and from job sites (ride-sharing or drop-offs not permitted).
  • Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements
    • Verified through a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
  • Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.)
  • Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM - late afternoon)
  • Physical endurance - Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability
  • Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6" in height.
  • Approved two-way radios
