Job description

Compensation: Weekly & Competitive Pay + Overtime Available + Benefits & 401k Day #1


Shift(s) Available:

  • 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30 PM – 2:30 PM


We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Milling machines, including Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs). The ideal candidate will be skilled in machine setup, tooling, offsets, and producing precision components to quality specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines, HMCs, and VMCs

  • Perform machine setups, tooling changes, work offsets, and first-piece inspections

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements

  • Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances

  • Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring tools

  • Make tooling and program adjustments to maintain quality and production standards

  • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues and implement corrective actions

  • Monitor tooling performance and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Accurately complete production, inspection, and quality documentation

  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to meet customer expectations and delivery schedules

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment
  • Experience setting up and operating CNC Milling machines, including Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Experience with tooling selection, fixture setup, and precision measurement equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Okuma, Makino, Mori Seiki, or similar controls

  • Multi-axis machining experience (4-axis/5-axis)

  • CNC programming or G-code editing experience

  • CAM software experience

  • Technical machining education or apprenticeship background
