This role is based in our outpatient office, where you will interact directly with patients in an engaging and comfortable environment. • Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote independence and a proactive approach to their health.
• Use specialized treatment modalities, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to enhance patients' physical function.
• Document all services provided using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create holistic care strategies that address each patient's unique circumstances.
• Engage in community education initiatives and wellness programs, advocating for the benefits of physical therapy.
• Provide motivation and support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive environment conducive to healing.

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. The ideal candidate should have an empathetic approach to patient care, recognizing the emotional and physical challenges patients face during their recovery. You will work with clients of various ages and backgrounds, developing relationships and trust that enhance treatment experiences.

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia, with a clean record free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Excellent skills in manual therapy techniques and formulation of effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient and accurate documentation of patient care.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices, utilizing the most current methodologies to support patient outcomes.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, providing exposure to a wide range of patient scenarios.
• Experience with sports medicine or rehabilitation, understanding the specific needs of athletic patients.
• Demonstrated success in implementing innovative treatment approaches or wellness programs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
