Work Environment

  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive management approach for each patient's rehabilitation journey.
  • Adapt therapy techniques and sessions based on continuous evaluation of patient responses and progress.
  • Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process to stay engaged and optimistic about their journey to recovery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with outpatient clients, including individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Our patient demographic includes athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday patients seeking to enhance their quality of life. You will implement specialized therapy interventions that cater to a diverse range of physical therapy needs.

Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy expected; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic outpatient care supported by a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
  • Strong ability to create exercise programs that yield successful outcomes for diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
