Promises Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time Housekeepers to join our Team!

This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.

While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.

Position Summary

The Housekeeper maintains a sanitary, safe, and clean environment and enhances the appearance of the facility. Additionally, the Housekeeper will assist with preparation for special events.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean client rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
  • Replenish supplies and/or linen in client rooms as necessary or designated.
  • Maintain housekeeping cart and equipment in clean, working condition and store in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.
  • Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment, as required.
  • Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment techniques, as required.
  • Available for alternate, evening and weekend schedules and shifts may be required to meet client needs, state and regulatory agency requirements and business necessity.
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with current and former clients, client family members and referral sources.
  • Comply with company’s code of conduct.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping in a similar facility, preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and varied hours.
  • Valid driver license, excellent driving record, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
