Position Overview
911 Restoration of Appleton – Oshkosh is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1–3 years of restoration or related construction trade experience. This role is responsible for managing residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from initial loss through completion.
The ideal candidate understands restoration workflows, insurance coordination, documentation compliance, and customer communication, and is ready to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced emergency services environment.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary (Based on Experience)
  • $60,000 – $85,000 annually

  • Higher compensation considered for strong technical certifications and demonstrated leadership
Certification-Based Pay Tiers (Additional Compensation)
Tier 1 – Foundational Certifications

  • WRT (Water Restoration Technician): +$1,500 – $3,000
  • ASD (Applied Structural Drying): +$1,500 – $3,000
  • OCT (Odor Control Technician): +$1,000 – $2,500
Tier 2 – Intermediate Certifications

  • MRS (Mold Remediation Specialist): +$3,000 – $5,000
  • FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician): +$2,500 – $4,000
  • AMRT (Advanced Microbial Remediation Technician): +$3,000 – $5,000
Tier 3 – Advanced / Leadership Certifications

  • OSHA 30 or HAZWOPER: +$1,000 – $2,000
  • RRRP (Lead Renovator): +$1,500 – $3,000
  • Project Management credential (IICRC PM or equivalent): +$3,000 – $6,000
Potential Total Compensation Range:
$75,000 – $105,000+ depending on certifications and performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and OSHA regulations

Qualifications
Required:

  • 1–3 years experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction project supervision
  • Working knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation processes with IICRC Cert.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in emergency response situations (after-hours rotation)
Preferred:

  • Active IICRC certifications
  • Experience working with insurance claims
  • Experience using CRM/project management systems
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification
