Mechanical Engineer - $75K-$90K + Relocation Assistance
Baltimore, MD | Onsite

A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design and delivery of building systems projects across commercial, institutional, and government sectors.

This onsite opportunity offers $75,000-$90,000 plus relocation assistance and is ideal for engineers looking to expand their experience across HVAC systems, utilities, energy efficiency projects, and complex facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all phases of mechanical engineering design from concept through construction
  • Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Design and layout HVAC, utility, and mechanical systems
  • Conduct code compliance reviews and engineering analyses
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Participate in client meetings and project planning discussions
  • Provide construction-phase engineering support
  • Assist with bid packages and contractor support activities
  • Mentor and support junior technical staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • 2+ years of mechanical engineering design experience
