Job description

Synectic Solutions is currently recruiting for a Configuration Management Analyst (Junior) to support the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Program Office (PMA-234) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. PMA-234 is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining Airborne Electronic Attack systems and providing combatant commanders with Electronic Warfare capabilities that critically enable operational mission success. The candidate will support the PMA-234 Advanced Development Team.   Location is on-site only. This position is not eligible for telework. Travel requirements are 10% CONUS only. Active Top Secret required.

Salary Range: $90k - $100k


Responsibilities 

  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team.
  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data.
  • Tracks configuration changes.
  • Coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
  • Supports program milestone briefings as they pertain to configuration management.
  • Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen with an active Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Business, Technical, or Scientific BA or BS degree
    • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Four (4) years of recent and relevant experience and an AS or AA
  • At least two (2) years of recent and relevant experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines related to the labor category description.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support program/project is required.
