Salary: $22-26/hr DOE

California Behavioral Treatment Centeris growing, and were looking for caring, dedicated people who want to make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. Position: Behavior Interventionist
Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. This role involves working one on one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
  • Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).


Qualifications
High School Diploma REQUIRED

Bachelors in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, Sociology or related field (preferred but not required).

Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation.

Must pass the TB test.

Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.

Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Competitive pay: $22.00$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education

    Parttime start: 1520 hours per week to begin
