COOK Alpine Adult Day Care, LLC, 1985 S. Havana St., Aurora, CO 80014. Full-time, permanent, approx. 3540 hrs/week. Duties include maintaining licensed kitchen in sanitary condition per regulations; developing menus considering participants' dietary restrictions/preferences; coordinating food tasks with kitchen staff; planning/preparing food per CACFP standards; responding to participants' individual dietary needs per agency policy; submitting weekly purchasing lists to Administrator; and preparing food for daily service. Req: HS diploma or equivalent (GED); 1 yr. experience cooking a variety of cuisines, not limited to American cuisine; experience considering nutritional needs of elderly individuals and/or people with disabilities. $23.00/hr.
