RN or LVN - Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Day or Night Shift) - North Houston
Spring, TX | Kingwood, TX | East Houston, TX | Channelview, TX
Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1-on-1 pediatric private duty nursing care in the home.
We offer day and night shifts, consistent cases, competitive pay, and strong clinical support. This role is ideal for nurses who value focused patient care, predictable schedules, and meaningful relationships with families.
Pay Rates
G-Tube / G-Button Cases
  • LVN/LPN: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
  • RN: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Trach / Vent Cases
  • LVN/LPN: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
  • RN: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

(Rates vary by case complexity and experience)
What You'll Do
  • Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0-20)
  • Monitor vital signs and deliver safe, competent nursing care
  • Follow and implement individualized plans of care
  • Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team
  • Educate and support families

Qualifications
