Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent computer proficiency, and a commitment to accuracy. This role is responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining order-related information while supporting key business processes such as billing, returns, credits, and shipping workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders and other business data into company systems
• transfer information from paper records, logs, and documents into digital databases and spreadsheets
• Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Process and maintain records related to billing, returns, credits, and order adjustments
• Support shipping operations, including LTL and package shipment documentation when applicable
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues

Location: Houston, TX 77088

Pay: $20

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

Required Qualifications:

• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in data entry and order processing
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and flexible in a changing work environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77088.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
