As a Team Leader, you will support senior leadership in executing daily operations, ensuring Operational Excellence, and coaching team members to success. This role offers you the opportunity to lead by example and positively influence others.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Manage daily food safety standards
  • Reduce waste and improve team productivity.
  • Lead the completion of daily shift checklists
  • Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model for the team
  • Encourage and challenge the team to reach their potential
  • Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and acting as a key holder
  • Leading and managing the guest experience through food quality, cleanliness and speed.
