  • Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
  • Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties
  • Brand new, state of the art Regional Cancer Center on hospital campus
  • No inpatient oncology
  • Tenured nursing and support staff, scribes
  • 4-day work week
  • Phone call only
  • Provider can live in Champaign, if desired

Compensation:

 

  • 700K Salary
  • 75K Sign on
  • 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
  • Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan โ€“ Completely independent from your contributions
    • Hospital contributes $35,000 per year for years 1-5
    • Hospital contributes $70,000 per year, ongoing, after year 6
  • 30 Days PTO
  • Additional 403b with 4 percent match
  • 10K Relocation
