Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated drivers to join our team, offering competitive pay and excellent benefits. Our compensation structure is designed to reward your hard work and commitment.

Compensation Details
  • Solo Pay: 53-56 cents per mile
  • Team Pay: 70 cents per mile split (35 cents per driver)
  • Mileage:
    • Solo: 3,000-3,500 miles per week
    • Team: 6,000 miles per week
  • Mileage Bonus: 2 cents per mile for exceeding 13,000 miles in a month
  • Diesel Bonus: $100 monthly for fuel savings
  • Safety Bonus: $175 for any level of clean inspection
  • Yearly Raise: Automatic increase of 1 cent per mile each year with the company
  • Sign-on Bonus: $1,700 per driver
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500 for each driver you refer
Work Schedule
  • Home Time: 6 or 7 days out with 34-48 hours at home
