Job description

Our fast paced growing company is looking for a professional to join our team:

    1) Help with phone support
    2) Complete client and employee on-boarding
    3) Monitor compliance dashboard
    4) Able to communicate on the phone, written or face to face effectively
    5) Able to multi-task
    6) Provide Spanish support to non-English speaking clients or employees.
    7) Support non-Spanish team members communicate with Spanish Speakers.
    8) Support our employee and client intake/onboarding process.
    9) Document calls and messages timely and effectively.
The ideal candidate is:
    1) Comfortable working on the phone and seamlessly complete documentation
    2) Able to type and work on the computer
    3) Work from 9AM to 5PM reliably Monday to Friday. This is a small team, this role requires a reliable staff who is able to maintain a schedule.
    4) Able to be an effective, positive team player
