Job description

Augusta Health is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join our growing hospital-based Neurology team as a Neuro Hospitalist. This position supports expanding stroke coverage and inpatient neurology services within a collaborative community hospital environment.

Position Highlights

  • 7 days on / 7 days off schedule

  • Inpatient neurology consults and stroke coverage

  • Coverage hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

  • After-hours stroke care supported by tele-stroke services

  • Join an established and supportive Neurology team

  • Opportunity to help expand stroke program services

Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient neurology consultations

  • Evaluate and manage acute stroke patients

  • Collaborate with hospitalists, emergency physicians, and specialists

  • Participate in hospital call coverage during scheduled service weeks

Salary

Starting Salary $352,591

Sign-On- $50,000
