Job description

RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of our nation in defending the United States and its interests.

This overseas position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It is an unaccompanied position (no family accommodation or pets). Benefits of this unique location include free housing, three meals a day and potential for overseas tax incentives.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise daily warehouse, cargo, fleet, and supply operations supporting execution, accountability, and compliance of the Government Property Management System in accordance with FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1 requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, oversight, prioritization, and workload management for warehouse, logistics, fleet, and material handling personnel.
  • Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound cargo operations including receipt, inspection, staging, movement, documentation, and delivery of material supporting mission requirements.
  • Maintain proactive situational awareness and oversight of all inbound and outbound cargo movements including surface, air, and inter-island shipments through the use of shipment logs, manifests, trackers, vendor communications, transportation schedules, and supporting documentation. Anticipate changing workload requirements, forecast increases in cargo volume, and adjust staffing, priorities, warehouse operations, and resource allocation to support mission requirements, operational surges, and time-sensitive deliveries.
  • Coordinate warehouse receiving operations ensuring material is properly identified, documented, processed, stored, and entered into the system of record (Maximo).
  • Lead day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuance, inventory management, material movement, and shipping operations.
  • Ensure warehouse operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise fleet dispatching, utilization tracking, maintenance and scheduling.
  • Coordinate fleet maintenance scheduling and support preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, and vehicle downtime tracking activities.
  • Monitor warehouse space utilization, material organization, storage practices, and housekeeping standards to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
  • Maintain accountability and accuracy of Government Property records for tagged assets, stock inventory, tools, equipment, and warehouse material within Maximo.
  • Review and monitor inventory adjustments, reconciliations, corrections, and transaction activity to ensure data integrity and audit readiness by collaborating and coordinating with both Property and Supply Supervisors as well as the Property and Supply Manager.
  • Review production schedules, work orders, shipping documentation, requisitions, and operational priorities to support mission execution.
  • Ensure site-specific warehouse, fleet, property, and supply procedures, work instructions, forms, and processes are documented, maintained, and updated in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Support development and execution of training programs aligned with warehouse operations, fleet accountability, FAR 52.245-1 compliance, and operational process requirements.
  • Assist in the full lifecycle management of Government Property including acquisition/cataloging, receiving, records management, storage, utilization, movement, maintenance coordination, inventory, and disposition.
  • Coordinate, and support wall-to-wall, cyclic, spot, and custodial inventories associated with warehouse operations and fleet assets.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with both Property and Supply Supervisors to reconcile inventory discrepancies and support development and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Monitor material utilization and identify excess, idle, obsolete, or underutilized stock and equipment for redistribution or disposition.
  • Review Maximo transactions and employee activity to ensure quality, productivity, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare and submit recurring reports, metrics, shipment trackers, audit artifacts, and contract-required property and logistics data to management and customers.
  • Participate in internal audits, self-assessments, PMSA preparation activities, and corrective action initiatives supporting property system compliance.
  • Coordinate with functional managers, custodians, maintenance personnel, subcontractors, transportation providers, and stakeholders to ensure accountability and operational requirements are maintained.
  • Provide operational guidance and compliance support to warehouse personnel, property custodians, and end users regarding Government Property and logistics requirements.
  • Ensure records retention and supporting documentation are maintained in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Support development, tracking, and analysis of warehouse, fleet, cargo, and property management metrics and performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding warehouse operations, cargo movement, fleet coordination, and Government Property matters.
  • Ensure assigned tasks, reports, inventories, cargo movements, and operational requirements are completed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of mission and operational requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field; or experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, fleet operations, or inventory management.
  • Experience supervising personnel and coordinating day-to-day operational activities.
  • Proficiency using IBM Maximo or equivalent enterprise asset/property management systems.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Government Property Management regulations and requirements including FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1.
  • Working knowledge of cargo tracking, inventory accountability, warehouse operations, and fleet coordination practices.
  • Must be physically capable of performing job-related duties including bending, twisting, climbing up to 30 feet, lifting, carrying, and prolonged standing/walking.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and push a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, cargo tracking, fleet coordination, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to extract, interpret, analyze, and publish operational metrics and performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, operational requirements, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Team-oriented individual capable of working independently in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Understanding of workplace safety practices, hazard awareness, warehouse safety, and risk mitigation concepts.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Must be willing and able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
