Job description

This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include:

  • Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines
  • Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants
  • Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training
  • Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
