Job description:

Insurance Agency Team Member (Full-Time) – Hurricane, UT

We’re an independently owned insurance agency Hurricane, Utah, and we’re looking to bring on motivated team member.

What We Offer:

  • Base Pay 17-19hr + customer service bonuses (strong earning potential 50-60k)
  • PTO (Paid Time Off)
  • Paid Holidays
  • Stable Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-5
  • No weekends
  • Opportunity to move up in my agency

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer phone calls
  • Send out late pays 
  • Follow up with customers to ensure quality customer service
  • Deliver strong customer service to current customers and build client relationships
  • Assist with quotes, policy updates, and general support as needed
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • Must have a clean background record
  • Must have a Property & Casualty license
  • Must have previous experience
  • Must be willing to get Life & Health License if hired
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus

Compensation:
Competitive hourly base + commission structure, with potential to earn $60,000 depending on performance.
