What are 60 college hour credits?

60 college hour credits refer to the completion of 60 credit hours of coursework at a college or university, typically equivalent to two years of full-time study. These credits are often required for an associate's degree or as a prerequisite for transferring to a four-year institution or qualifying for certain jobs. Each course usually counts for 3 to 4 credits, so 60 credits would involve passing approximately 15–20 courses. The specific requirements may vary by college and program.
