Investment Banking Vice President | Digital Infrastructure

Location: New York, NY or Chicago, IL

Position Overview

The Vice President is a critical leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of deal teams and the cultivation of client relationships. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring that the Managing Director’s vision is translated into flawless client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase, providing senior-level guidance on deal structure and negotiation strategy.

  • Business Development: Support senior bankers in identifying new opportunities, drafting pitch decks, and maintaining relationships with financial sponsors and strategic players in the tech-infrastructure space.

  • Sector Expertise: Stay at the forefront of Digital Infrastructure Services trends, including 5G deployment, edge computing, and subsea cabling.
