Position Overview
Responsible for managing the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of large-scale, enterprise-wide projects from planning through deployment. Projects typically span two or more years, involve complex scope and deliverables, and impact multiple business units, systems, processes, products, and services. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, risk management, and organizational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and facilitate the development of business cases and business requirements documentation.
  • Lead project-related business decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that include business implementation, readiness activities, and technical milestones.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, including business, operational, and technical updates for executive leadership.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues while coordinating resolution efforts across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business sign-offs, defect tracking, and defect resolution in partnership with IT teams.
  • Provide consolidated project reporting and communications both verbally and in writing.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of operational activities and project deliverables prior to project closure.
Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
