Position: Maintenance Person
Role Overview
The Maintenance Person helps the restaurant maintain exceptional cleanliness, safety, and equipment performance. You'll receive the tools, training, and support needed to succeed in this essential role.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Filtering fryer oil daily
  • Maintaining outdoor grounds
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice per week
  • Operating and emptying the trash compactor
  • Replacing light bulbs
  • Cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and removing debris from the roof
