D365 Solution Architect
Role Overview
We are seeking a 15+ Years experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Solution Architect to lead the overall solution design for ERP implementations. This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across functional modules, technical architecture, and integration landscapes, ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices and delivering value-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Solution Design Translate business requirements into robust solution architecture. Define data models, system architecture, and integration patterns. Make decisions on out-of-the-box vs customization, extensions vs plugins.
  • Functional & Technical Bridging Bridge business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) with technical implementation. Create solution blueprints and high-level designs (HLDs).
  • Architecture Governance Establish standards for security roles, performance, and data integrity. Ensure clean architecture, reusability, and minimal technical debt.
  • Integration Strategy Design integrations using Azure Integration Services, ServiceNow, eCommerce, Anaplan, Concur, Billtrust, Power Platform, SPS Commerce (EDI), Microsoft Fabric, Leapwork, Logic Apps (Middleware), Service Bus, APIs, and Dataverse. Connect D365 with ERP systems, legacy applications, and third-party tools.
  • Oversight & Guidance Review code, configurations, and solution designs. Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and technical leads.
  • Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and project managers. Present architecture decisions clearly and effectively.
  • Pre-Sales Support Participate in solution demos, RFP responses, and effort estimations as part of pre-sales activities.

Key Skills & Experience
  • D365 Expertise Deep knowledge of D365 F&O modules and architecture, with proven experience in ERP solution design.
  • Technical Proficiency Strong understanding of Azure services, APIs, Dataverse, and integration frameworks.
  • Solution Design Skills Ability to create scalable, secure, and business-aligned architectures with minimal customization.
  • Leadership & Governance Experience in guiding teams, enforcing standards, and ensuring delivery quality.
  • Soft Skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Typical Experience Required
  • 15+ years in IT solution architecture.
  • 10+ years in ERP/D365 F&O solution design and delivery.
  • Proven track record in client-facing ERP implementations.
