Responsibilities
  • Make people happy first and foremost. We exist to put smiles on people’s faces and that is always the first, and most important, responsibility.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate.
  • Must have a "Team Attitude" and be willing to help anyone in the restaurant.
  • Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
  • Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them.
  • Keeping seating chart organized and following rotation as they seat the dining room.
  • Contributing to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.
  • Answering phones and assisting guests with call-ahead seating or to go orders.
