Responsibilities
- Make people happy first and foremost. We exist to put smiles on people's faces and that is always the first, and most important, responsibility.
- Must be able to clearly communicate.
- Must have a "Team Attitude" and be willing to help anyone in the restaurant.
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
- Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them.
- Keeping seating chart organized and following rotation as they seat the dining room.
- Contributing to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.
- Answering phones and assisting guests with call-ahead seating or to go orders.
- Ability to work with a team and actively engage with the other team members to achieve a common goal
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pace environment
- Full-time or Part-time
