The Lake CountryLeap Teacher provides a loving, safe, and nurturing environment for children.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide a clean, safe environment for children 0 months-K5• Follow the curriculum provided• Maintain room and storage area in a neat orderly manner• Collaborate with co-teachers to provide balanced responsibilities• Adhere to policies of Elmbrook Church Kid’s Ministry• Implement established health and safety measures• Implement security system on a daily basis• Greet parents in a warm and friendly manner• Be available to discuss concerns regarding individual children• Be flexible with room assignments and other responsibilities

Demonstrate a vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ

Active participant, member or friend of Elmbrook Church who supports and endorses the statement of faith, core values and vision
