Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing therapists to engage clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our schedule is structured Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering work-life balance while maintaining commitment to client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct confidential video-based therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
  • Guide clients through emotional processing, helping them articulate their feelings and experiences, facilitating their journey toward healing.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client goals, collaboratively identifying actionable steps for improvement and resilience.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches during sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, or solution-focused practices that suit the client’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and facilitating continuity of care.
  • Engage in regular consultations with fellow therapists and attend team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

Qualifications
