Job Summary:

As an RBT at Inner Circle Autism Network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. We welcome individuals with or without prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates, enabling them to become certified RBTs.


Hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with our passionate team of professionals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to meet their individual needs and preferences.

  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

  • Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.

  • Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.

  • No prior experience or RBT certification required; we offer comprehensive training to all successful candidates.
