Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Make a Difference in the Lives of Children

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Raleigh, NC. About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic RBT to work closely with our therapy team to provide high-quality, individualized services to children with autism and related disorders. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Certified Applied Behavior Analyst (CCBA)
