Position Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment

  • Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Compensation & Schedule

Location: Heber City, UT

Schedule: Part-Time

Hours: 25 Hours per week- 8am-1pm Monday-Friday.

Pay Rate: $26 – $32 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

  • 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion

  • Valid CPR and First aid certificate

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check

Preferred:

  • Previous ABA therapy experience

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Some college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field
