About Us:

We are looking for an accounting student that is interested in learning accounting processes while joining a fast-growing company making a real impact in the manufactured housing industry. At Four Leaf Properties, we specialize in property management of manufactured housing communities, helping families and communities, access affordable housing. We are looking for a Accounting Intern who thrives in a detail-driven, customer-focused environment and wants to be part of a team that values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Student to join our team and support the accounting department. In this role, you’ll help ensure accuracy in financial processes and support all aspects of the accounting department. This is a great opportunity for someone with a desire to have an internship with a company that is committed to both its employees and its customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Titling.
  • Accounts Payable.
  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Transactional Posting.
  • Marketing Fees.
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Line of Credit. Assist with the Line of Credit processing monthly.
  • Reporting. Prepares monthly/quarterly reports for accounting transfer and audit procedures.
  • Business Controls. Assists in development of, and adherence to, system controls to ensure data integrity and financial reporting accuracy.

Required skills:

  • Detail-oriented; must be able to execute/review a large number of different transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to problem-solve where discrepancies exist and quickly remedy.
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Exceptional time-management & organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to work within a team environment.
