  • Utilize Autodesk products (Revit/AutoCAD/Bluebeam/3D Rendering software) working on multi- discipline architectural projects
  • Develop detailed design concepts, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models.
  • Prepare and modify construction documentation for commercial, agricultural, and residential projects, including new plans and renovations of existing buildings.

  • Assist in documentation for Permit applications.
  • Prepare presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design development.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during the design and construction phases to ensure design integrity.

  • Assist with development and implementation of CADD Standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and file issues.
  • Oversee and coordinate BIM processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES (IT Support)

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to construction and design clients, offering both technical support and design insights.
  • Track and bill time accurately for all client-facing and internal tasks.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand and deliver project goals.
  • Travel to client sites across the Mid-Atlantic region as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Autodesk Products (Revit/AutoCAD/Bluebeam/3D rendering).
