  • PRIMARY FUNCTION
    Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical functions in conjunction with general maintenance of the facility.
    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment required for daily operation for the DC.
    2. Provide general maintenance for the facility.
    3. Assist Departments with cleanup of hazardous and chemical spills
    4. Outside/Yard clean-up and maintenance
    5. Work all necessary hours including call outs - Adjust with scheduling issues
    6. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance.
    7. Review equipment / facility, making recommendations for changes and additions that will improve operations.
    8. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned in an efficient, effective, and cost conscious manner complying with all company policies, rules and regulations.
    9. Excellent attendance and reliable predictability a must
    10. Adheres to DC housekeeping guidelines
    11. Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.*

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • High School education or equivalent.
    • Two years experience in electrical, mechanical, and or welding.
    • Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety policies and practices.
    • Excellent attendance record
    • Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management
    • Attention to detail essential
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work
    • Must be a team player with a can do attitude
    • Power Equipment certification a plus
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
