What you'll be doing:As a Machine Operator 3 at Vanguard Conversion and Fulfillment, you will serve as a senior-level machine operator responsible for complex equipment setup, troubleshooting, and optimization. You will act as a lead resource on the production floor, supporting both equipment reliability and team performance.
Advanced Machine Operation and Troubleshooting:
• Operate high-speed, multifunctional conversion equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and perform in-depth troubleshooting or escalate to maintenance.
• Adjust settings and parameters to meet varying material and product requirements.
Production Oversight and Optimization:
• Review production plans and ensure machines are aligned with capacity and quality expectations.

Leadership and Collaboration:
• Act as team lead for operators on assigned shift; delegate tasks and ensure SOP compliance.
